I recommend reaching out 4–12 weeks before your wedding, depending on the pieces you’re ordering.
Envelope addressing: 8–12 weeks before invitations are mailed
Day-of signage & paper details: finalized and produced 3–5 weeks before the event, once guest counts and layouts are confirmed
Keepsakes: typically completed within 2–4 weeks
