    Each proposal is tailored to your event following an inquiry.

  • I recommend reaching out 4–12 weeks before your wedding, depending on the pieces you’re ordering.

    • Envelope addressing: 8–12 weeks before invitations are mailed

    • Day-of signage & paper details: finalized and produced 3–5 weeks before the event, once guest counts and layouts are confirmed

    • Keepsakes: typically completed within 2–4 weeks

  • I regularly collaborate with planners and creative teams to ensure signage integrates seamlessly into the overall event design. If you're not working with a planner, I’m happy to coordinate directly.

  • All work is fully custom and designed in alignment with your overall event aesthetic. I can work from inspiration or collaborate directly with you and/or your planner and creative team to ensure each piece feels cohesive within the space.

    Materials may include wood, acrylic, paper, and other specialty surfaces, selected thoughtfully based on the setting, lighting, and overall design direction.
