  • All custom wedding calligraphy projects begin with an inquiry submitted through the contact form. This provides initial details about the event, location, scope of work, and timing, and allows me to confirm availability for signage and calligraphy services.

    Once received, I’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.

  • After reviewing the inquiry, we’ll schedule an initial consultation. This conversation allows us to talk through the vision, priorities, and logistics of the event, as well as how wedding signage and guest details will be used throughout the day.

    For planner-led projects, this step often includes coordination on timelines, scope, and installation considerations.

  • Following the consultation, I’ll develop the design direction for the project. This includes lettering style, layout considerations, and material recommendations based on the event design, venue, and overall aesthetic.

    The goal at this stage is creative clarity and alignment before final production begins.

  • One round of revisions is included to refine details such as spacing, layout, or wording. This allows for adjustments while keeping the project on schedule and aligned with the agreed scope.

    Any additional revisions are discussed in advance to ensure timelines and expectations remain clear.

  • Once designs are approved, final pieces are lettered by hand. This stage is focused on careful execution and consistency across all wedding signage and calligraphy details.

    Production timelines are confirmed in advance to support smooth delivery and event setup.

  • Final pieces are delivered based on the scope and location of the event. For local weddings, smaller items are often hand-delivered when possible. Larger items are delivered via courier, taxi, or coordinated pickup with planners or venues to ensure safe handling.

    For planner-led weddings, delivery details are confirmed in advance to align with venue access and setup timelines. All pieces arrive ready for installation and use on the day of the event.
